Padres to Host Diamondbacks and Marlins for Second Homestand of the 2017 Season
San Diego Padres vs. Arizona Diamondbacks - Tuesday, April 18 @ 7:10 p.m.
The Padres return home from their second road trip of the season, an eight-day seven-game trip, for their second homestand of the 2017 season, featuring games against the Arizona Diamondbacks and Miami Marlins. Action begins Tuesday, with a 7:10 p.m. start against the Diamondbacks.
Tuesday, the Padres will honor Jackie Robinson with Jackie Robinson Day at the ballpark. Scholarship recipients from the Jackie Robinson YMCA will line the baselines during the pregame ceremony. The Padres will also honor the club's recipient of the "Jackie Robinson Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner Award" (MVDBP), given on an annual basis, in recognition of Jackie Robinson Day, to minority-owned, women-owned and other diverse-owned businesses and organizations whose work reflect the character and commitment to the excellence of Jackie Robinson's legacy. Kathy Valadez of KV & Associates will be honored as the Padres' MVDBP award winner for 2017.
Taco Tuesday presented by Cholula Hot Sauce is back and improved in 2017. New this season, every Tuesday home game features Petco Park's favorite tacos at a special price. For only $2.50, fans can choose from a variety of taco options at Carnitas Snack Shack, Wonderland Ocean Pub, Lucha Libre, Miguel's, Seaside Market, Rimel's and Brigantine.
San Diego Padres vs. Arizona Diamondbacks- Wednesday, April 19 @ 7:10 p.m.
The Padres Estrellas program presented by Arco returns in 2017, continuing its partnership with local school districts and non-profits to support the effort to reduce high school dropout rates and improve health and fitness behaviors within the Hispanic youth population. Prior to Wednesday's game, three students from the National City School District and three from the San Ysidro School District will be treated to tickets to the game and have the opportunity to watch batting practice from the field before taking a tour of the Jerry Coleman Broadcast Center.
On Wednesday, the Padres, in partnership with SDG&E, begin their season-long "Going to Bat for San Diego" initiative. The partnership aims to honor the 11 local organizations dedicated to keeping San Diego safe. Representatives from these organizations will be recognized during Wednesday's pregame ceremonies.

Thursday will feature the first College Night of 2017, with elements including:
The first 1,500 students in attendance will receive a limited-edition College Night t-shirt.
A DJ spinning at the Budweiser Patio in Right Field from 5:00 p.m. to the conclusion of the game.
College students receive a special ticket discount with a valid student ID (advance price of $13 in a Right Field Upper Reserved College Night Section; prices increase day-of-game).
The Miracle League of San Diego will celebrate their 10-year anniversary prior to Thursday night's game. The Miracle League, which has a longstanding relationship with the Padres, provides children with special needs the opportunity to play baseball. Miracle League players and their buddies will line the baselines during the pregame ceremony.
San Diego Padres vs. Miami Marlins - Friday, April 21 @ 7:10 p.m.
As part of Major League Baseball's league-wide Autism awareness initiative, the Padres will host Autism Awareness Day on Friday. Elements include: Special seating sections and a suite designated as a quiet zone. Autism Speaks, an organization dedicated to the advocacy and support of individuals with autism and their families, will be recognized during the pregame ceremony.
India Williams, Miss California USA 2017, and Jaanu Patel, Miss California Teen USA 2017, will throw Friday's Ceremonial First Pitch.
The Padres and San Diego Pride have teamed up for this year's Out at the Park on Friday. The night includes the following elements:
Special Out at the Park ticket packages available for purchase that include a seat in a designated Out at the Park section, a donation to San Diego Pride or America's Finest City Softball League, a LGBTQ Family & Friends VIP space at the Park at the Park and a commemorative Padres hat for the first 1,500 fans who purchase the ticket package.
As part of CocktailFest, openly gay DJ Will Z will be spinning on the Park at the Park stage during the pregame happy hour.
Members of the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus, San Diego Women's Chorus, San Diego Pride and Padres staff will unite to perform that night's National Anthem on the field prior to first pitch.
In addition, former Padre Billy Bean, who now serves as Major League Baseball's vice president for social responsibility and inclusion will join the group on the field during the Anthem, and will be in attendance for Out at the Park events.
The popular Party in the Park series returns on Friday with CocktailFest presented by Southwest Airlines. Elements include: Live entertainment with a variety of cocktails at Park at the Park Mixing starts at 4:30 p.m. with all cocktails specially priced and available for purchase with Friar Funds exclusively.
Friday will serve as a First Responder Salute: Burn Institute Night. Elements of the day include: Tom Santos, Fire Inspector from the Imperial Beach Fire Department and Burn Institute Volunteer of the Year, will ring the Ceremonial Game Bell to get the pregame ceremonies started.
Five-year-old burn survivor Joshua Hall will be the "Play Ball" kid during the pregame ceremonies.
A flyover will be conducted by a San Diego Fire-Rescue Department helicopter.
San Diego Padres vs. Miami Marlins - Saturday, April 22 @ 5:40 p.m.
As part of Baseball Night in San Diego, all fans in attendance will receive a Padres Hoodie presented by Toyota. Continuing in 2017, shirt and hoodie giveaways throughout the season will be available in a variety of sizes for men, women and children.
Saturday's National Anthem will be performed by more than 200 students participating in Band Night.
Saturday will also be Faith & Family Night at the ballpark. Fans who purchase a Faith & Family Night ticket package will have access to a postgame Q&A session with Padres players as they share their testimonies and be able to enjoy a postgame concert featuring four-time Grammy nominee, Matthew West.
San Diego Padres vs. Miami Marlins - Sunday, April 23 @ 1:40 p.m.
The first 15,000 fans in attendance on Sunday will receive a 2017 Padres & Puppies Calendar presented by Petco.
Sunday will serve as a Military Salute: U.S. Air Force & Air National Guard Appreciation Day presented by USAA. Elements of the day include: More than 75 representatives from the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Civil Air Patrol lining the baselines during the pregame ceremony.
Members of the Air Force, Air National Guard and Civil Air Patrol will take the field to greet Padres starters at each position as part of "Military Take the Field."
A flyover will be conducted by a C-17 Globemaster Three, America's most versatile airlift aircraft from the 452nd Air Mobility Wing, March Air Reserve Base, Riverside.
15 future Airmen will be sworn in and take an Oath of Enlistment during the pregame ceremony.
2nd Lieutenant Jeffrey Collins from the 452nd Air Mobility Wing, March Air Reserve Base, Riverside will perform Sunday's National Anthem. Staff Sergeant Dejon Fruga from the 701st Combat Operations Squadron, March Air Reserve Base, Riverside will sing God Bless America during the 7th inning break.
KidsFest, Compadres Sunday Signings and Compadres Kids Run the Bases are back this season and include: KidsFest features bounce houses and other inflatables, games, face painters, balloon artists and more kid-friendly activities at Park at the Park beginning at 11:00 a.m.
From 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., two Padres players will sign autographs at the Park at the Park for Compadres Kids Sunday Signings. A Compadres Kids membership is required to participate. Membership is free, and kids can sign up online or in-person on the day of the event.
Following Sunday's game, kids 14 and under are invited to run the bases on the field. Kids and their families can begin lining up following the conclusion of the eighth inning at the top of the ramp leading to the Sun Diego Beach on K Street. Compadres Kids members will receive front-of-the-line privileges by lining up at the Park Blvd gate.
