Phillies' Spring Training Home Opener on Saturday at Spectrum Field!

On Saturday, February 23, the Phillies will host their Grapefruit League home opener during a 1:05 p.m. game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. This will be the first chance for fans to get a glimpse of the 2019 Phillies, as well as what's new at the ballpark, including Spring Training food, fandom and fashion.
What to Know About Phillies Spring Training at Spectrum Field
1. Matchups and fan fun at Spectrum Field: The official Phillies Spring Training schedule features 16 home games, including matchups against the Detroit Tigers, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Rays and Houston Astros.
Other highlights include the annual St. Patrick's Day game against the Yankees on Sunday, March 17, a Spring Training tradition that features green attire - with all players wearing a new, on-field St. Patrick's Day hat. This game will also include the Phillies Charities Silent Auction & Wives Mystery Ball Sale. Fans will get the chance to bid on game-used and autographed memorabilia, as well as take part in a signed Mystery Ball Sale, all to benefit local charities in the City of Clearwater.>
The exclusive auction and mystery ball experience will also take place on Thursday, March 21, 1:05 p.m. vs. the Blue Jays.
