2021 Reds HOF Collectible Bobblehead for September: Dolf Luque

The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum presented by Dinsmore is concluding its 2021 bobblehead series in September with Dolf Luque.

A member of the Reds’ first World Series champion team in 1919, the Cuban native was the first Latin player to pitch in a World Series, win 20 games in a season, win 100 games in a career and lead either the American or National Leagues in wins, winning percentage and ERA in a season.

Luque’s 1923 season is arguably the greatest single season for a pitcher in Reds history, as he led the NL with a club-record 27 wins and posted a league-best 1.93 ERA.

In 1967, he was the first Latin player to be enshrined in the Reds Hall of Fame.

The bobblehead, presented by Dinsmore, is free with regular-price paid admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum (or a Great American Ball Park tour) and will be available Saturdays and Sundays throughout September, while supplies last.

Only 4,000 bobbleheads were produced and there is a limit of one bobblehead per visitor per day.

The bobblehead series, presented by Dinsmore, runs through September with a different Hall of Famer available each month:

Admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is $12 for adults, $8 for students/seniors, FREE for children 12 and under, courtesy of the H.C.S. Foundation, and FREE for active military/veterans, courtesy of the Sargent Family Foundation.

The best way to ensure a bobblehead is to join the museum as a member. To become a member or for more information, please visit www.RedsMuseum.org or call (513) 765-7926.
