Phillies announce 2024 player development staff
The Phillies have finalized their player development field staff for the 2024 season, Preston Mattingly,
assistant general manager, player development announced today. The field staff, which includes each affiliate’s
coaches along with player development coordinators, roving and support staff, is available to view here.
