Red Sox to offer free skin cancer screenings to fans on Thursday

As part of the club's Play Sun Smart campaign, the Red Sox will offer free skin cancer screenings to all fans attending the 1:35 p.m. Red Sox-Blue Jays game on Thursday, July 20.
The screenings will take place in the Champions Club (located in the Kids Concourse) from 12:05 p.m. through the 7th inning, and are presented by Banana Boat, the official sunscreen of the Boston Red Sox, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), the official hospital of the Boston Red Sox.
Dermatologists from BIDMC and the American Academy of Dermatology will be on site for the screenings. All participating fans will receive a free sample size of Banana Boat sunscreen. Free samples will also be available at Fan Services booths throughout the ballpark and the First Aid station, located in the concourse area near the Red Sox clubhouse.
The Red Sox have been offering free skin cancer screenings as part of the Play Sun Smart campaign since 2010 to raise awareness for the disease.
