White Sox option José Rondón to Triple-A Charlotte

Following Sunday's series finale against the Cubs, the Chicago White Sox optioned infielder José Rondón to Class AAA Charlotte.
Rondón, 22, went 3-13 (.231) in six games with the White Sox after being recalled on May 5 to take the roster spot of Yoán Moncada, who was placed on the 10-day disabled list.
The Sox will make a corresponding roster move prior to Tuesday's series opener at Pittsburgh.
