In-Kind Donation Request
The Texas Rangers are proud to support the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations in our region. Donations include an item (1) that may be used for fundraising purposes only. No sponsorship or monetary donations will be given.
In an effort to preserve paper and maximize efficiency, we have switched to an online donation request system. Therefore all donation requests must be submitted online.
Please know that all donation requests will receive full consideration. If granted, donations will be mailed out at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Due to the volume of requests, all communication from the Texas Rangers will come via e-mail.
Before submitting your in-kind donation request, please ensure that your request fits within our guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted and received by the Texas Rangers at least six (6) weeks before an event
- Due to the volume of requests, the Texas Rangers must limit donations to once per calendar year for each organization
- The Texas Rangers can only donate to charitable organizations in our region
The online donation form must be complete in order to be considered. Missing information may result in a denial of the request.
Due to the number of requests received, we are unable to provide autographs for all fans. Nevertheless, we would like to suggest the following procedures to help you in your autograph search.
Please direct any correspondence or requests to the specific player at:
Texas Rangers Baseball Club
1000 Ballpark Way, Ste. 400
Arlington, TX 76011
If you are sending an item to be autographed, it is best to send it with self-addressed, postage-paid packaging to aid in the item's return to you.
Because of the volume of mail we receive, it is impossible to trace correspondence sent to players. We therefore discourage sending items of personal value because we cannot guarantee a safe return.
- Each player is responsible for his own fan mail.
- It is best not to direct a specific item to more than one player.
- Only send correspondence during the regular season, between the months of April and September.
With high mail volume and busy player schedules, it may take some time to receive a response. By following the procedures above, you increase your chances of receiving a response. The few extra minutes you may take in sending your request will help make it easier for the player to answer his mail during a busy season.
Due to overwhelming response for Fan Packs, we humbly request that you support our Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation with a minimal donation.
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children in need within our community, and provides funding for youth in crisis, youth health initiatives, youth baseball programs, and youth education. Through your donation, you are helping us help kids!
Fan Packs typically include a Rangers program, player magnets, Rangers rally towel and Throwback Thursday pins. Fan Packs items may vary on availability. Additional small items may be included.
Front office personnel represent the Texas Rangers at speaking engagements year-round. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance by using an online form. Click the button below to submit your request.
