The Washington Nationals are back at Nationals Park for a six-game homestand to face the Milwaukee Brewers (May 1-3) and the Minnesota Twins (May 5-7). Tickets for Nationals home games can be purchased at Nationals.com/Tickets or at the box office.

The Nationals’ six-game homestand includes the return of Friday Night Fireworks, Grateful Dead Day, Georgetown University Night, a STAR WARS™ Grogu bobblehead giveaway, the second Pups in the Park presented by PEDIGREE Foundation and Weather Day.

FRIDAY MAY 1 vs. MILWAUKEE BREWERS (6:45 P.M.)

• Friday Night Fireworks
  • The Nationals will host the first Friday Night Fireworks of the season for all fans to enjoy after the game.
  • Fireworks begin approximately 10 minutes after the final out.
  • Fans are recommended to move to the third base side of Nationals Park for the best viewing experience.
• Grateful Dead Day
  • Deadheads and baseball fans join to celebrate the legendary music of the Grateful Dead on Grateful Dead Day at Nationals Park.

• WTTG FOX 5 and Gray Media Over-the-Air Simulcast
  • Through partnerships with WTTG FOX 5 and Gray Media, Friday’s game against the Brewers will be the second of 10 regular-season games that will be simulcast live, providing fans in Washington, D.C. and additional outer markets with a free, over-the-air viewing option.
  • WTTG FOX 5’s Chad Ricardo will host a pregame show leading into the Nationals.TV game broadcast called by play-by- play announcer Dan Kolko, analyst Kevin Frandsen, and host and reporter Alexa Datt.

SATURDAY, MAY 2 vs. MILWAUKEE BREWERS (4:05 P.M.)

• STAR WARS™ Day + Grogu Bobblehead Giveaway
  • Join the Jedi Order in celebration of STAR WARS™ Day at Nationals Park.
  • The Force will be strongest with the 20,000 fans who will receive a STAR WARS™ Grogu bobblehead when gates open at 2:45 p.m.

• The Mandalorian star Omid Abtahi, who plays Doctor Pershing in the hit Disney+ television series, will throw out the game’s ceremonial first pitch.
• STAR WARS™ Day will also include several activations and galactic concessions offerings:
  • Fans and young Padawans can hone their skills during lightsaber training in collaboration with LudoSport, at the Family Picnic Area from when gates open at 2:45 p.m. until first pitch.
  • Fans can also meet their favorite STAR WARS™ characters and get their picture taken at STAR WARS™-themed photo booths on the main concourse.
  • STAR WARS™-themed caricature artists, face painters and balloon twisters will be located at the Kids Zone in Right Field Plaza.

  • Kids aged 12 and younger can participate in The Great Presidents Chase presented by Jr. Nats.

• Strike Out Senior Poverty with AARP Foundation
  • 5,000 fans can pick up a rally towel in Center Field Plaza courtesy of AARP Foundation.
  • AARP Foundation President Claire Casey will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
  • Nearly 1,000 AARP employees and guests will be in attendance to help Strike Out Senior Poverty, wearing white T-shirts in a show of support of AARP Foundation’s mission to build a society free of poverty, and where individuals age with the opportunity to thrive.
  • Fans can support AARP Foundation’s work through on-site QR codes enabling direct donations around the ballpark.
• Pups in the Park presented by PEDIGREE Foundation
  • Fans and their furry friends can attend a game at Nationals Park with the purchase of a special ticket, which includes a Nationals-themed pups bandana. Proceeds from the special tickets will be donated to the Humane Rescue Alliance.
