Follow the steps below to use Listen Live to listen to the in-game radio broadcast in real time at Nationals Park!
Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi using the Nationals Park Fans network or use your phone’s cellular data.
Step 2: Open the MLB Ballpark app and tap on Listen Live. If you do not have the app, you can download it at nationals.com/ballparkapp.
Step 3: Tap on the Curly W icon at the bottom of the screen to access the Nationals Team Page.
Step 4: Tap on the Check In button.
Step 5: Tap on the Listen Live tile in the Game Day Guide module.
Step 6: Accept the terms & conditions and plug in your headphones.
Step 7: Choose English or Spanish and enjoy the game!
Listen Live only works inside of the gates at Nationals Park.
Please do not use Listen Live unless you have a personal listening device, like headphones or AirPods.
If you have trouble connecting, please contact Customer Support using the information provided in the app.
ANDROID USERS: Having trouble using Listen Live on your phone? Android users need to disable battery optimization for the MLB Ballpark App and Chrome (browser) prior to using the service. Failure to disable battery optimization can result in inconsistent audio performance.
To disable battery optimization, Android users need to take the following steps:
Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
Scroll down and tap on Apps.
Scroll down until you see the Chrome App, click on the Chrome App.
Under App Info, scroll down to Battery, and click on Battery.
Select Unrestricted.
Complete the above steps for the MLB Ballpark App as well.
