New Storylines added to MLB The Show 26 for JR Day

MLB The Show 26 is receiving its first major content update on Wednesday, and it'll come with a very timely theme.

In honor of Major League Baseball's celebration of Jackie Robinson Day, three new Storylines are dropping today to commemorate the careers of three Hall of Famers who spent their careers in the Negro Leagues: Ray Dandridge, Smokey Joe Williams and Willard Brown.

The Show's Storylines feature guides players through an interactive retelling of each showcased player's career, pairing archival footage with gameplay to bring baseball history back to life.

Launching alongside the new Storylines will be the Jackie Robinson Day program and the Jackie Robinson Foundation charitable pack, from which the proceeds after platform fees will go to the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
