Megastar actor Tom Cruise went viral Monday night for sitting alongside Taylor Swift as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football. But Cruise’s tour of the city’s sports scene didn’t stop there.
Cruise also stopped by Kansas City’s Negro Leagues Baseball Museum on Tuesday, as seen in a photo shared by museum president Bob Kendrick on social media. Cruise, holding a Kansas City Monarchs cap, posed next to a statue of Hall of Famer Martin Dihigo.
Cruise didn’t get a chance to stop by a Royals game afterward, though, as the club was on the road at Houston. But seeing Cruise around baseball is no “Mission: Impossible." He’s been spotted at MLB games in the past, and his role in “Top Gun” inspired the name of the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate, the Ontario Tower Buzzers.
