Williams exits with left wrist soreness

CHICAGO -- Phillies left fielder Nick Williams left Wednesday's 7-5 loss to the Cubs at Wrigley Field with left wrist soreness in the bottom of the fifth inning. He was replaced by Dylan Cozens, who homered in the ninth to give the Phillies a short-lived two-run lead.
Williams was coming off a strong game in the opener Tuesday, homering off Kyle Hendricks and tallying three RBIs. He was 0-for-2 with a strikeout before exiting Wednesday's game.
For the season, Williams is hitting .231 with seven homers and 17 RBIs.
