Injury: Left knee inflammation

Expected return: Late August
Status: Began a rehab stint on July 15, but experienced a setback -- soreness in his right trap muscle. Resumed rehab stint on Aug. 2 with Triple-A El Paso. (Last updated: Aug 2)
RHP Jason Adam
Injury: Right shoulder strain
IL date: July 2 (15-day IL, retroactive to June 30)
Expected return: Late August or early September

RHP Lucas Giolito
Injury: Right elbow inflammation
IL date: June 23 (15-day IL, retroactive to June 22)
Expected return: Late August
Status: Experienced elbow soreness after his outing on June 21. Is continuing throwing progression at the team's complex in Arizona. Could face hitters soon. (Last updated: July 21)
IF Miguel Andujar
Injury: Right wrist fracture
IL date: July 20 (10-day IL)
Expected return: Mid to late August
Status: Sustained the fracture when he was hit by a pitch on July 19 in Kansas City. "Doesn't sound like it's going to be too long," per manager Craig Stammen, who noted the injury won't be season-ending. (Last updated July 20) More >>

Injury: Right hip inflammation
IL date: June 2 (transferred to 60-day IL on June 5)
Expected return: Possibly October, likely 2027
Status: Underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right hip on June 5. First sustained the injury in 2021, but it recurred and worsened over the season's first two months. Likely to miss the remainder of the season. (Last updated: June 5)
RHP Bryan Hoeing
Injury: Right elbow flexor tendon
IL date: March 25 (transferred to 60-day IL on April 22)
Expected return: 2027
Status: Underwent surgery to repair the flexor tendon in his right elbow on March 17 and will miss the 2026 season. (Last updated: March 25)
RHP Yu Darvish
Injury: Right UCL internal brace surgery
Expected return: 2027
Status: Underwent an internal brace procedure on his right elbow on Oct. 29, which comes with a recovery timetable of 12-15 months. Will miss the 2026 season and was placed on the restricted list on March 25. (Last updated: March 25)
