The Phillies finish off the first homestand of the season with a three-game set against the division rival Washington Nationals, March 30-April 1, at Citizens Bank Park. Here’s a look at the fan highlights.

Travel Advisory: Fans leaving the games this series should be aware that a lane closure is scheduled on I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) in both directions between the U.S. 1 (City Avenue) and Interstate 676 interchanges from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the following morning. Additionally, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the ramp from Front Street to northbound I-95 will be closed and detoured to both northbound and southbound Front Street motorists.   1. The series begins on Monday, March 30 with the 6:40 p.m. game.
    Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:40 p.m.; all other gates 5:10 p.m.

    • Top finishers of the Phillies Charities 5k presented by Fox Chase Cancer Center Matt Gillette (men’s, 15:05) and Whitney Heydenreich (women’s, 18:27) will be recognized on-field before the game.
  2. On Tuesday, March 31, at 6:40 p.m., Hatfield Phillies Franks BOGO Night returns! Get two hot dogs for the price of one.
    Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:40 p.m.; all other gates 5:10 p.m.

  3. It’s the first Citizens Businessperson’s Special of the season when the series concludes on Wednesday, April 1, at 1:05 p.m.
    Gate openings: 3B/LF – 11:05 a.m.; all other gates 11:35 a.m.

    • Wednesday is also the third annual Phillies School Spirit Day. Whether wearing school gear or designing signs, students are encouraged to get creative in showing their school spirit!
