Homestand Highlights vs. New York Mets (Sept. 25-27)
The Washington Nationals return to Nationals Park for the final series of the 2026 season for a three-game series against the New York Mets (Sept. 25-27). Tickets for Nationals home games can be purchased at Nationals.com/Tickets or at the box office.
In celebration of Fan Appreciation Weekend, the homestand features giveaways, activities and special promotions for all fans to enjoy, including a Nationals Football jersey giveaway, Friday Night Fireworks and Pups in the Park presented by PEDIGREE Foundation.
JERSEYS OFF THEIR BACKS
- Fans can enter to win a jersey “off the back” of a Nationals player or coach following the final home game of the season.
- Along with the jersey, winners will also get the chance to participate in an on-field ceremony following Sunday’s game.
- Proceeds will benefit the year-round community impact work of the Nationals’ charitable arm and its signature program, the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
- Tickets are available at Nationals Park and online at nats4good.org/jerseys through Saturday, Sept. 26.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 vs. NEW YORK METS (6:45 P.M.)
- Nationals Football Jersey Giveaway
- 20,000 fans in attendance will receive a Nationals football jersey.
Friday Night Fireworks
- The Nationals will host the final Friday Night Fireworks of the season after the game.
- Fireworks begin approximately 10 minutes after the final out.
- Fans are recommended to move to the third base side of Nationals Park for the best viewing experience.
“Hall of Fame” Concessions
- Fan-favorite concessions from this season will return as part of the “Hall of Fame” menu at The Change-Up Food Hall.
- The “Hall of Fame” concessions include:
- Hot Dog Fries: All-beef hot dog shoestring and crispy fried with chipotle ranch
- Foot Long DMV Dog: Footlong all-beef hot dog topped with one-third grilled peppers and onions and mambo sauce (D.C.); one-third fried bologna and Old Bay pickle chips (Maryland); and one-third mustard, onions and meat sauce (Virginia)
- Screech Dog: All-beef hot dog topped with fried spam, char-grilled pineapple, sriracha aioli and salsa verde
- Wagyu Latke Dog: Wagyu dog from Ovoka Farms topped with shredded hash browns, pickled tomatillos, crème fraîche and smoked salmon roe
- The “Hall of Fame” concessions will be available all weekend long.
2019 World Series Trophy Photo-Op
- Before the game, fans can snap a picture with the 2019 World Series Trophy in the Team Store.
Heart & Hustle Award Winner
- During a pregame recognition, the Nationals will honor Jacob Young, the Club’s Heart & Hustle Award recipient.
- The Heart & Hustle Award is an annual award presented by the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association to players who demonstrate a passion for the game of baseball and best embody the values, spirit and traditions of the game.

Catholic University Night
- Cardinals students, staff, faculty, alumni and families are welcome to Nationals Park for Catholic University Night.
- Fans who purchase a special ticket will receive a co-branded Nationals and Catholic University retro T-shirt.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 vs. NEW YORK METS (4:05 P.M.)
- Kids Signature Saturday
- Kids aged 12 and younger can participate in a special Kids Signature Saturday. Two Nationals players, coaches or broadcasters will be available for autographs down the first base line near the home dugout.
- Vouchers are distributed on a first come, first served basis at Section 103, beginning when gates open, weather permitting.

- 2026 Nationals Media Awards
- Before the game, the Nationals will recognize the recipients of the Club’s 2026 Media Awards.
- Battle of the Bases Championship Game
- Following the conclusion of the game, Fort Belvoir and Joint Base Andrews will take the field for the Battle of the Bases Championship softball game.
- The Battle of the Bases Championship will begin approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Nationals game, and it is free and open to the public.
- Fans who are only attending the Battle of the Bases Championship will be permitted to enter through the Home Plate Gate 10 minutes after the final out of the Nationals game. All fans who attended the Nationals game are invited to stay and support the service members in action.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27 vs. NEW YORK METS (3:05 P.M.)
- Pups in the Park presented by PEDIGREE Foundation
- Fans and their furry friends can attend a game at Nationals Park with the purchase of a special ticket, which includes a Nationals-themed pups bandana. Proceeds from the special tickets will be donated to the Humane Rescue Alliance.
- Pet artists providing dog tag engravings and photo-ops will be available near the Budweiser Terrace escalator.
- Fans can also bring their Pups in the Park Passport presented by PEDIGREE Foundation to claim prizes based on the number of stamps collected this season.

- The final Signature Sunday of the season will expand to four Nationals players or coaches available for autographs down the first base line near the home dugout.

- Kids ages 4-12 are invited to run the bases after the game, weather permitting.
- Kids Run the Bases begins approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of Sunday’s game. Families can line up at the GEICO Presidents Photo Station behind Section 131.
