Minnesota Twins Homestand Highlights: Friday, August 27-Wednesday, September 1

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins, who are 6-3 at home this month (including a trio of walk-off wins), are returning to Target Field for a unique six-day, five-game homestand from tonight (Friday, August 27) through Wednesday, September 1 – with a one-day detour to Detroit for a Monday, August 30 makeup contest against the Tigers. The Twins open the homestand with a three-game “Border Battle” weekend series against the Milwaukee Brewers from tonight-Sunday, followed by a brief two-game set with the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 1. The series vs. the Cubs marks the North Siders’ first visit to Target Field since June 19-21, 2015.

Target Field is open to 100 percent capacity, without restrictions (_please note that per Centers for Disease Control and Minnesota Department of Health recommendations, fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status; masks are recommended outdoors for anyone over the age of 2 not fully vaccinated when social distancing cannot be maintained_).
