Twins And Skor North To Host 2019 Town Ball Classic

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins will once again provide a big league setting for some of the state’s best men’s amateur baseball teams, as the Twins Community Fund and SKOR North announced today plans to host the Fifth Annual Town Ball Classic at Target Field on Saturday, June 22.

This one-day event, which celebrates the historic and vibrant tradition of Minnesota town baseball, gives six teams from throughout the state a chance to play at Target Field. Additionally, all three games will be broadcast live on SKOR North (AM 1500 and online at skornorth.com).

The 2019 Town Ball Classic at Target Field lineup:

10:00 a.m. – Class C: Young America Cardinals vs. Plato Blue Jays

12:30 p.m. – Class B: Forest Lake Brewers vs. New Market Muskies

3:00 p.m. – Class A All-Star Game: Minneapolis All-Stars vs. St. Paul All-Stars

Ticket packages for the 2019 Town Ball Classic, which are $10 each and provide access to all three games, are available now at twinsbaseball.com/townball.

All net proceeds from this event benefit the Twins Community Fund, which is dedicated to getting more kids in the game by providing resources and programs to communities throughout Twins Territory.
