Tip your hat to the Hub City Spartanburgers.
In the franchise's inaugural season, the High-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers has seen its home cap emerge from a field of 120 gorgeous Minor League lids to win the first-ever New Era Clash of the Caps.
Over three rounds of fan voting, the Spartanburgers' hat advanced as the favorite among the South Atlantic League, then among all of High-A winners, then over a field of finalists representing all four full-season levels of Minor League Baseball.
By voting for their favorite Minor League caps, fans also had the chance to win great prizes, including a grand prize of $1,000 to spend at NewEraCap.com.

The final round was brimming with stiff competition, as the caps of Sugar Land Space Cowboys (Triple-A HOU), Rocket City Trash Pandas (Double-A LAA), the Spartanburgers and the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (Single-A CWS) each had a shot at the crown.
The first-round winners hailed from each full-season league, with the International League split by division into two separate voting campaigns. Here's a full list of teams that advanced to Round 2:
