MiLB Rookie Leagues

Short Season: Arizona Complex | Florida Complex | Dominican Summer League

The Rookie Leagues—comprising the Arizona Complex League (ACL), Florida Complex League (FCL), and Dominican Summer League (DSL)—are the crucial first steps in a prospect's journey toward the Major Leagues. This is where raw talent meets professional structure, where players, many of them teenagers and recent draftees, begin their development under the direct supervision of Major League organizations. These leagues are designed to be a pure training ground rather than a traditional entertainment business; Games are primarily played at the MLB parent club's Spring Training facilities, without charge for admission or concessions, allowing the focus to remain squarely on instruction and player growth.
