Look at the piece of bone removed from Pat Neshek's foot, if you dare

Pat Neshek had surgery this past offseason to alleviate pain in his right foot. As MLB.com's Brian McTaggart reported in December, it was "a minor procedure ... to repair a fracture in his right foot." It was not expected to keep him from starting the season on time, and Neshek has indeed arrived at Astros Spring Training in good shape.
But here's the thing: The "minor procedure" involved removing a piece of bone from Neshek's foot. In other words, there is a sizeable chunk of bone that was once inside of Neshek, and it is now outside of Neshek. 
And there's a picture. Of the bone. It is, as one might imagine, pretty gross.
