The Miami Marlins Foundation Ballpark Wishes celebrates extraordinary individuals or organizations that are making an impact in wellness and empowerment in our local community at each Marlins home game. The Miami Marlins Foundation encourages you to nominate those who inspire others or make a difference in the community highlighting special categories each month:
- June: Honor a Father or Service Member making a difference
- July: Honor a Youth making a difference
- August: Honor a Teacher or Student in support of Back to School
- September: Honor an individual that has been impacted by childhood cancer in support of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
Make A Wish, Austin Everett Foundation, and UMPS Care Ballpark Wishes fulfillment will be sprinkled throughout each month as part of the Ballpark Wishes program.
The Miami Marlins Foundation Ballpark Wishes program aims to increase awareness and inspire others by shining a light upon the contributions of selected nominees who are making a difference in our South Florida community. Nominations are accepted online.
Nominees will be offered a special experience to share their story at Marlins Park during a home game.
An online nomination form is made available to the public on marlins.com. Additionally, general fan mail is reviewed and the Miami Marlins Foundation reaches out to other public social institutions to find exceptional individuals to recognize.
