Guest Experience
Serves as liaison of the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park’s guests to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to, ticketing, housekeeping, guest flow, general park operations, and guest overall experience.
50/50 Raffle Ticket Seller
The 50/50 Raffle Sellers are an essential part of the Miami Marlins Foundation’s fundraising operations, directly supporting the Foundation’s mission to grow youth baseball and softball in South Florida. This team is responsible for engaging fans throughout the ballpark and maximizing raffle ticket sales to increase the overall impact of the program.
Tour Guide And Game Day Receptionist
Bring the magic of loanDepot park to life! The Tour Guide & Game Day Receptionist serves as a key ambassador for the Miami Marlins, delivering memorable experiences both behind the scenes and on event days. This dual-role position leads engaging stadium tours that highlight the history, architecture, and excitement of one of Miami’s premier sports and entertainment venues. On game days and during special events, this role acts as a frontline hospitality representative, welcoming Guests and supporting exceptional service operations. This is a dynamic, guest-facing position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Ambassador
Miami Marlins Ambassadors are responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing them with valuable instruction and information to assist them in adopting the Ballpark App as their resource for all Marlins content during their experience at loanDepot park. Miami Marlins Ambassadors also serve as 50/50 Raffle attendees, to promote raffle ticket sales for the Miami Marlins Foundation.
Security
The Security Officer position (part-time) is responsible for incident reporting and general security operations directly associated with protecting the facility, our guests, and employees. In this role, you will protect the ballpark infrastructure and assets. Security officer personnel will be trained in our security best practices, operating security systems, two-way radios, CCTVs, and screening systems. This role investigates incidents, completes reports, administers employee and guest screenings, and patrols the facility.
