Concessions

All permanent concession stands are accessible. A concession staff member will assist with food delivery if they have flexibility to leave concession stand, if not a Guest Services can assist. Ā 

Dietary Restrictions

Guests are allowed to enter with one (1) single serving food item contained in a clear plastic bag per person (pieces of fruit must be sliced) and/or one (1) clear, soft-sided, factory-sealed bottle of unflavored water, 20-ounces in size or smaller per person.

Emergency Evacuation

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the ballpark, Guests will be given instructions by the public-address/open-caption systems. Exit instructions will also be posted on the video boards and high-definition televisions throughout the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to take the following steps:

  • Be aware of your location inside the ballpark at all times.
  • Identify the two exits located nearest to your seats or your current location in the ballpark.
  • Listen, observe and follow instructions from the public-address/open-caption systems, video boards and high-definition televisions throughout the ballpark.
  • Do not panic.
  • Ask for assistance and information from Guest Services Team Members, Police, Emergency Medical Services and/or Security personnel.
  • Remain calm, walk to the exits at a normal pace and proceed to the nearest safe area.
  • Elevators and escalators are NOT operational during an evacuation.
  • Guests with disabilities should evacuate using a ramp or wait at an elevator for Security, Emergency Medical Services or other First Responders.

Entry and Carry in Policy

The Marlins' highest priority is to ensure the safety and security of our Guests, and we will take every reasonable step to ensure the safety of everyone entering the ballpark. The Marlins administer several important security measures in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations and in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Guests and their belongings will be inspected before entering the ballpark. Clear bags are permitted, cannot exceed 16ā€x16ā€x8ā€ in size and must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 6ā€x8ā€ and bags for medical or infant purposes. Any person or property that could affect the safety of ballpark Guests/property shall be denied entry. Such persons or items will be prohibited from entering the ballpark.

The Marlins encourage Guests to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to first pitch to avoid lines. Please follow all signage and directions from security personnel.

Fan Texting

Guests can use their cell phones to confidentially text questions and concerns to loanDepot park Team Members by texting 305-480-4999. A loanDepot park Team Member will respond accordingly. Text STOP to cancel or HELP for info. Message and data rates may apply.

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Guest may check out Noise Cancelling Headphones in our Guest Services Centers located on the Promenade Level at Section 15 and the Vista Level at Section 318 (when level is open). Guests must present a state issued photo I.D. or driver's license as a security deposit for use of such devices.

Public Transportation

When coming to loanDepot park using mass transit, there are a number of options available to our Guests:

Special Transportation Service (STS): Miami-Dade Paratransit Operations has designated the East side of NW 16th Avenue, on Felo Ramirez Drive (NW 6th Street) as the drop-off and pick-up point for Guests visiting loanDepot park.

Ride Share

Fans using a ride sharing service, including Brightline shuttles, must be picked up at East Lot 1 located at 1380 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33125

Train: Both the Tri Rail and Metrorail Systems are available to Guests attending events at the ballpark.

Ramps

There are two (2) vertical circulation ramps at loanDepot park, which can be used to travel from level to level or to exit loanDepot park. The base of the North Ramp is located at the 3rd Base Entrance and winds up to Section 17 of the Promenade Level. The 1st Base Helix Ramp begins at the 1st Base Entrance and winds up to the Promenade (Section 6), Legends (Section 204) and Vista (Section 305) Levels.

Suites

If a Guest that utilizes a wheelchair will be attending a game in a private suite, we will remove an exterior chair to allow that guest access to view the game from the balcony of the suite. Guests must request the suite seat removal through their Sales rep one (1) week prior to game.
