The Arizona Fall League wrapped up its third full week, with both hitters and pitchers continuing to excel in slugger-friendly environments, which featured four multihomer games, three on the same day, as the first half of the season wrapped up.

Numerous prospects have been shining in the Arizona sun, but two players rose to the top in Week 3: Jack O'Dowd and Justin Lamkin. The duo was named the AFL's Hitter and Pitcher of the Week respectively on Monday.

Hitter of the Week: Jack O'Dowd, C/1B, Salt River (COL)

O'Dowd led the Fall League with three homers, 17 total bases, a 1.308 slugging percentage and a 1.770 OPS. The Rockies prospect also ranked second in extra-base hits (five) and third in RBIs (six). The Denver native recorded one of the four multihomer games, swatting a pair of roundtrippers against Peoria on Tuesday.

Across 10 games with the Rafters, the left-handed-swinging O'Dowd is hitting .350 and leads the league in home runs (five), extra-base hits (nine), total bases (33), slugging percentage (.825) and OPS (1.206).

After spending the 2025 season in the independent Pioneer League, O'Dowd signed with the Rockies in January. The 25-year-old appeared in 107 games across three levels, capping  the campaign with 51 contests at Double-A. The Texas product slashed .307/.383/.564 and totaled 23 homers, 30 doubles and 91 RBIs in his first Minor League season.

Pitcher of the Week: Justin Lamkin, LHP, Surprise (KC)

Lamkin tossed 4 1/3 perfect innings Wednesday in the Saguaros' road meeting with Mesa. The Royals No. 8 prospect struck out four of the 13 batters he faced as the Surprise pitching staff took a no-hitter into the seventh inning.

The 2025 second-round pick threw 40 of his 52 pitches for strikes (77 percent). En route to his second AFL win, Lamkin has a 0.71 WHIP and a .128 average-against through three starts in the Fall League. The southpaw has only allowed two runs on two hits while striking out eight in his last 10 1/3 innings.

The Texas A&M product suffered a left shoulder injury that cut his regular-season short on May 25. Lamkin posted a 2.04 ERA across eight starts: six with High-A Quad Cities and two with Double-A Northwest Arkansas. He also struck out 53 batters while walking 14 in 39 2/3 total frames.
