Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps

Transfer Policy

Campers are welcome to transfer to any session that has availability.

Credit and Refund Policy Timeline

Please refer to our Policy Timeline below for request options and deadlines in the event an enrolled camper is unable to attend the camp session for which they are registered.

Please note that any existing credit on Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts is non-refundable.

Beginning of Registration ā€“ April 30th, 2024

  • A refund of 50% of deposit(s) paid towards Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps tuition and add-ons and a credit of the remaining 50% of deposit(s) paid towards Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps tuition and add-ons can be issued to Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts. The remaining credit can be used towards non-waitlisted 2024 camp sessions or 2025 camp sessions.

May 1st, 2024 ā€“ Close of Registration

  • A credit of deposit(s) paid towards Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps tuition and add-ons can be issued to Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts. The credit can be used towards non-waitlisted 2024 camp sessions or 2025 camp sessions.

No refunds will be offered for any payments made towards Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps. In the event of a weather-affected cancellation of a camp day, we will offer a Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps credit in an amount commensurate to the missed day of camp.
