What seats are included in the Ballpark Pass?
The Ballpark Pass includes one Standing Room Only ticket.
Where can I go with a Standing Room Ticket?
Standing Room Only at Coors Field includes access to the Rooftop and for some games open seating in Sections U310-U314.
Is there any loaded concession value on a Ballpark Pass ticket?
No. Each Ballpark Pass ticket will NOT include any loaded concession value (Power).
How do I claim my tickets? When does the opt-in open before each game?
You must opt-in to each game you would like to attend. You will receive a text when the opt-in window opens. The opt-in window starts at 9:00 am on the first game day of a home series. You will have an opportunity to opt-in for all the games in the series, upgrade your seats, and purchase guest passes, as well. The opt-in window closes 3 hours prior to the scheduled first pitch.
Can I purchase multiple Ballpark Passes.
You may purchase up to four (4) Ballpark Passes. Also, you can purchase up to four (4) guest passes for each game during the opt-in window (if available). Violators will be removed from the program.
Can I bring a friend to a game with me?
Yes. Ballpark Pass holders are able to purchase up to four (4) guest passes per game based on availability. Guest passes may not be upgraded or transferred. Guest passes are $10 per pass.
Can I forward a ticket to a friend?
No, Ballpark Pass tickets cannot be forwarded. If you purchased guest passes, all barcodes will be on one device inside the Ballpark app. You and your guests will need to arrive at Coors Field together. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Coors Field. Violators will be removed from the program.
Can I upgrade my Ballpark Season Pass location?
For most games, there will be an option to purchase an upgraded seat location. However, guest passes will not be allowed to upgrade.
What if I missed the opt-in window but want to attend the game?
If you missed the opt-in window for a game, you may still activate your pass for that game up to 1 hour after first pitch, depending on availability. Features like guest passes and seat upgrades will not be available after the opt in window.
Are there penalties if I do not opt in?
There are no penalties for not attending a game, however you do need to confirm your attendance (opt-in) in order to receive a ticket.
Where are my tickets?
If you opt-in, your tickets will be sent 3 hours prior to the scheduled first pitch and you can find the tickets within your MLB Ballpark app.
How are tickets sent to me?
Three hours prior to the scheduled first pitch you will receive a text confirming that tickets have been delivered to your MLB Ballpark app account.
How do I renew my Ballpark Pass for the next month?
When you purchase the Ballpark Pass, you will be auto-renewed each month. You will automatically be charged $39.99 on a month-by-month basis during the 2024 regular season. Your credit card will be charged for each subsequent month throughout the duration of the season. You will be charged on the 26th of every month.
If your credit card is declined, you will be notified by the Rockies via email. If you do not provide updated credit card information by the date designated in the email, you will be opted-out of the Ballpark Pass. Accounts must be paid in full by the first day of each month or your Ballpark Pass will be revoked.
How do I opt out of renewing my Ballpark Pass?
On the 15th of the month, you will receive a text message notifying you that the opt-out window for managing your monthly Ballpark Pass subscription will open. Simply go to the Manage Subscription tab when logged into your account and select the Cancel or Pause option. Please note that if you pause your pass your monthly subscription will resume the following month. You may also contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
How do I access my tickets for entry to Coors Field?
To access your ticket/barcodes:
- Log in to the MLB Ballpark app
- Select the Tickets tab
- Select the game you're attending
- Tap each ticket to view the individual barcode (3 hours prior to game time)
What is the deadline to purchase a Ballpark Pass for a given month?
- June: Must purchase by 6/14/24
- July: Must purchase by 7/3/24
- August: Must purchase by 8/9/24
- September: Must purchase by 9/13/24
If you purchase a Ballpark Pass for a given month, your purchase will automatically renew for subsequent months unless you opt-out. The credit card originally used to purchase will be charged on the 26th of each month.
Are Ballpark Pass tickets refundable?
All Ballpark Pass purchases are non-refundable.
What happens if a game is rained out?
If a game is rained out/postponed and rescheduled, your Ballpark Pass will be valid for the rescheduled game only. If the game is rescheduled as part of a traditional double header, you will be able to attend both games.
Please be on alert for an additional email with instructions should a game be rained out/postponed.
Can I sell my Ballpark Pass for games that I do not attend?
No, Ballpark Passes are non-transferable and are only available on the phone of the Ballpark Pass purchaser. Ballpark Passes cannot be resold. Violators will be removed from the program.
Can I share my Ballpark Pass with someone else?
No, Ballpark Pass tickets cannot be shared or forwarded.
Can I return/refund my pass if I cannot attend one or any of the games?
No, Ballpark Passes cannot be returned/refunded.
Am I eligible to receive promotional giveaways with my Ballpark Pass ticket?
Ballpark Pass ticket holders are eligible to receive gate giveaways (available while supplies last). Ballpark Pass ticket holders are not eligible to receive the promotional items included with Special Ticket Packages. Special Ticket Packages require an additional ticket purchase.
What other benefits are included with the Ballpark Pass?
Ballpark Passes are not considered to be a plan holder and do not include any member benefits.
Are any other events included with the Ballpark Pass?
The Ballpark Pass is only valid for regular-season home games. It does not include tickets to non-game events.
Can the Ballpark Pass be used for any potential postseason games?
No, the Ballpark Pass is valid for regular-season games only.
Which phones are supported?
Both iOS and Android phones can support the MLB Ballpark app and be used for entry into Coors Field. For more information on downloading and setting up the Ballpark app, please visit our Mobile Ticketing webpage at rockies.com/mobile.
Can I purchase the pass if I don't have one of these phones?
No. Because the Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program, Passes can only be purchased by fans who have access to a smart phone. Tickets will not be printed for any reason.
Terms and Conditions
The Colorado Rockies Ballpark Pass (“Ballpark Pass”) provides access to every Colorado Rockies (“Club”) regular season home game in the month a Ballpark Pass is purchased during the 2024 season. Please note that the Ballpark Pass provides for a Standing Room Only ticket.
All Ballpark Pass tickets are delivered via the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. Ballpark Passes may only be scanned by the holder of the associated MLB Ballpark app account, and cannot be forwarded, shared, exchanged or resold. Each Ballpark Pass ticket barcode will be visible in the MLB Ballpark app and available to scan beginning approximately two (2) hours prior to the first pitch of the respective game. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Coors Field. Limit of four (4) Ballpark Passes may be purchased by any person, household or entity.
Ballpark Pass will be automatically renewed each month during the 2024 season unless otherwise cancelled as set forth below. By purchasing the Ballpark Pass, you authorize the Club to automatically charge the Ballpark Pass monthly fee (the “Monthly Fee”) to the credit or debit card specified online in your account, or any subsequent credit or debit card(s) you provide to the Club (your “Card”) on a month-by-month basis during the 2024 regular season (each charge, a “Charge”). Each Charge of your Card of the Monthly Fee will occur prior to the month in which the Ballpark Pass is eligible. If the Card you provide to the Club expires or is not valid, then you must immediately provide the Club with a substitute card account or the Club may cancel your Ballpark Pass.
