What's Happening This Weekend at Citizens Bank Park: Phillies vs. Twins, September 26-28
It’s the final three games of the regular season before the 2025 National League East champion Phillies get ready for Red October! Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights for the three-game series against the Minnesota Twins, from September 26-28, at Citizens Bank Park.
It’s the final Lights Up// Friday Night at the Bank of the season on September 26, with the game at 6:45 p.m.! Plus, Phillies’ Kyle Schwarber and players from the team’s minor league system will be honored pregame with community service awards on-field.
*Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:45 p.m.; all other gates 5:15 p.m.*- Prior to the first pitch, Miller Lite 12 oz. cans will be available at Miller Lite Liberty Landing for $6.99.
- Phillies General Manager Preston Mattingly will present designated hitter Kyle Schwarber with the club’s Major League Community Service Award; he will also present the Minor League Step Up Awards to players in the Phillies minor league system who have shown leadership through community service. Honorees include Devin Sweet, Lehigh Valley IronPigs (overall winner); Kodey Shojinaga, Jersey Shore BlueClaws; Tommy McCollum, Reading Fightin Phils; Eli Trop, Clearwater Threshers; and Naoel Mejia, Phillies Player Development Contract.
- Also pregame, Stephanie Caracci from Fountain Woods Elementary School will be honored on-field as part of the Independence Blue Cross Honor Roll program, which recognizes teachers who are hitting it out of the park with their achievements both in and out of the classroom.
- Members of the Phillies Baseball Academy will parade on-field before the game.
- Alan Gross will be honored as that night’s Toyota Hometown Hero at the end of the 3rd
Before the 6:05 p.m. game on Saturday, September 27, local winners of the annual MLB Pitch, Hit & Run championships, taking place earlier that morning, will be recognized on-field. Gate openings: 3B/LF – 3:35 p.m.; all other gates 4:35 p.m.
- The Phillies will also honor their employees of the month before the game.

- Also being honored on-field is the organization’s 2025 Richie Ashburn & David Montgomery Special Achievement Award recipient Bob Tonnon, Director, Information Technology. The award has been presented annually since 1998 to a Phillies front office employee who embodies the loyalty, dedication and passion for Phillies baseball as the award’s namesakes.
