COLLEGE & CAREER ACCELERATOR

The College & Career Accelerator (CCA) is an initiative designed to expose high school and college students to college and career opportunities. The goal is to use our brand to make college & career pathways exciting.

CCA consists of career panels, college workshops and on-site college tours and work force development opportunities serving students from our LADF Grantee and Dodgers Dreamteam networks.

CCA workforce development opportunities provide college and graduate students with both professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting. Our workforce development Associates Program is a highly competitive, paid, year-long program designed to provide diverse college and graduate students with both professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting.
