Quarterback Tanner Morgan starred in relief of Athan Kaliakmanis as Minnesota won their sixth straight bowl game in an exciting 28-20 contest over Syracuse in the 2022 Pinstripe Bowl on Thursday afternoon at Yankee Stadium.

On Wednesday, Dec. 28, the Empire State Building was lit up for the University of Minnesota and Syracuse University in honor of the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl. The north and south sides were maroon and gold for the University of Minnesota, and the east and west sides were orange for Syracuse University.

The matchup is set! Syracuse and Minnesota will go head to head in the Bronx on Dec. 29!
