One of the first major steps in the 1060 Project is already completed -- the refurbishment and resurfacing of the Toyota Camry Lot parking area at 1126 W. Grace St. As part of an overall plan to improve and expand parking opportunities around Wrigley Field, the Cubs undertook the resurfacing of the Toyota Camry Lot during the 2014 season.
This $5 million project took what was a gravel lot and turned it into a paved parking area with 750 delineated spaces. During the 2014 season, the Cubs provided regular, free shuttle service between the Toyota Camry Lot and Wrigley Field.
