New this year, the Cubs are excited to host The First Pitch Pregame presented by Budweiser before all five home games at Sloan Park March 12-19. Fans are invited to join us beginning three hours prior to first pitch for a special pregame celebration to enjoy fan-fare and live music. Check out the bands playing below*.
March 12: Shallow Water
Known as one of Arizona’s premier party bands, Shallow Water is a high energy dance band that mixes the best of classic hits from the past with your favorite popular hits of today.
March 14: Sugar Thieves
The Sugar Thieves have honed their brand of American roots music, creating a sound that is all their own. Moving between blues, country, folk, rock and roll, and elements of jazz, freely, they honor the tradition that makes American music so great.
March 16: Soulitify
Soulitify has become one of the top R&B, Pop, & Latin driven covers bands in Arizona with energetic performances.
March 17: Van Johnson
Van Johnson and Street Player is a crowed-interactive party band with a huge repertoire of music from the 1950s to today.
March 19: The Pickup Lines
The Pickup Lines have been getting audiences in the Valley moving and on their feet for years. From Shania Twain to Rage Against the Machine, they will rock the house and have the place rocking.
