Heliot and his wife, Carolina López, welcomed a baby girl, Heliana Carolina Ramos, in February 2024...Was the highest-drafted player out of Puerto Rico since Carlos Correa was the first overall pick in the 2012 draft...Was the MVP of the 2016 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game, a showcase of high school juniors and seniors that was held at Wrigley Field on July 23, 2016...Has two older brothers, Héctor and Henry. Héctor is a professional soccer player and the all-time top scorer of the Puerto Rican national team...Henry is a baseball player who, after 10 years in the Minors, made his Major League debut with Arizona in 2021. In 2019, Henry was an invite to Giants Spring Training and the two brothers played together in the same outfield for the first time...Henry spent the 2024 season in Korea with the Doosan Bears.

2022

Appeared in nine games for the Giants...made his Major League debut on April 10 vs. MIA, starting in LF...Recorded two hits in his MLB debut and also scored a run...became just the fifth Giants player at age 22 or younger to have two hits and a run scored in his first career game since 1958…joined Chris Speier (20, April 7, 1971), Tito Fuentes (21, Aug. 18, 1965), Jim Ray Hart (21, July 7, 1963) and Willie McCovey (21, July 30, 1959)…Had four different stints with the Major League club...Batted .227 with 17 doubles, 11 homers, 45 RBI and six steals in 108 games for the River Cats...his .654 OPS in 2022 was lower than his .722 mark in his 54 games with Triple-A to close last season.

2021

Split the season between Double-A Richmond and Triple-A Sacramento, combining to hit .254 with 25 doubles, 14 home runs, 56 RBI and a .323 OBP...Was invited to his first Major League Spring Training to start the season and hit .410 (16-for-39) with three doubles, three homers and six RBI in 21 games...Started the season in Richmond and hit .237 with 10 home runs in 62 games before being promoted to Sacramento in mid-July...Posted an .892 OPS with 10 extra-base hits and 12 RBI in May with Richmond (22 games) but struggled through June (.529 OPS)...Rebounded in early July with a .951 OPS through 14 games with Richmond to earn his promotion to Triple-A...Hit .272 and drove in 30 runs in 54 games for Sacramento.

2020

Entered the 2020 season as the Giants No. 3 prospect and the No. 71 overall prospect according to MLB Pipeline...Appeared in two games during Major League Spring Training 1.0...suffered a mild oblique strain on a throw home on Feb. 28...Did not play during the season due to COVID-19 but did play at the Giants Alternate Training Site...Appeared in the Fall Instructional League in Arizona following the season...had his time cut short due to another left oblique strain.
