Did not appear in a Spring Training game as he rehabbed from right shoulder surgery; had three 7-day Injured List stints, including at the start of the season with Triple-A Norfolk as he rehabbed from right shoulder surgery, illness (7/11-18) and a left groin strain (6/7-24); had his contract selected by the Orioles on July 30; optioned to Norfolk on July 31 before appearing in a game; designated for assignment on Aug. 21; claimed off waivers by the Seattle Mariners on and optioned to Triple-A Tacoma Aug. 23; designated for assignment on Aug. 31; outrighted to Tacoma on Sept. 4 and elected free agency on Sept. 5; signed with Baltimore as a Minor League free agent on Sept. 7...Slashed .236/.333/.345 (54-for-229) with seven doubles, three triples, four home runs, 34 runs scored, 33 RBI, 30 walks, four hit-by-pitches and two stolen bases in 65 combined games between four Minor League teams...Recorded a season-high three hits on May 8 vs. Hudson Valley (3-for-5, 1 2B, 1 R, 2 RBI)...Hit safely in a season-high nine straight games from May 31-July 4; batted .364/.447/.515 (12-for-33) in that time...Launched a grand slam in the sixth inning on May 24 at Worcester; drove in a career-high-tying five runs...Was recalled by the Orioles on July 30 for one day following the trade deadline; did not appear in the game.

Spent the majority of the season with Double-A Bowie, appearing in 40 games (27 at 2B, nine in CF, two at SS, two as the DH)...Hit .432 (16-for-35) in his first 10 games of the season...Homered three times in his first 10 games and just twice in his final 38 games...Missed time in the middle of the season due to a back strain and at the end of the season due to a sore hip...Added to the 40-man roster on 11/19.

2020

Participated in the team’s Fall Instructional League camp at the Ed Smith Stadium complex in Sarasota, Fla...Added to the 60-man player pool on 8/30 and participated in the team’s Alternate Training Site at Prince George’s Stadium in Bowie, Md...Acquired by the Orioles along with INF Tyler Nevin and OF Mishael Deson from the Colorado Rockies in exchange for RHP Mychal Givens on 8/30.

2019

Spent the full season at Class-A Asheville...Named the South Atlantic League Most Valuable Player, as well as a MidSeason and Postseason All-Star...Ranked among league leaders in OBP (1st - .409), batting average (2nd - .318), SLG (.489, 2nd), OPS (2nd - .899), runs scored (3rd - 79), doubles (T-5th - 32), and walks (T-6th - 62)...Named the Player of the Month for June after batting .350 (28-for-80) with seven doubles, two home runs and 14 RBI.

2018

Began his professional career with Short-Season A Boise and was named a Northwest League Mid-Season All-Star after hitting .302/.396/.467 (51-for-169) with eight doubles, four triples, and four home runs in 44 games for the Hawks.
