Limited to just seven games with High-A Hillsboro after suffering a season-ending right shoulder injury on May 10 @ Eugene while hitting a go-ahead, two-run home run…underwent surgery to repair tears in the labrum and posterior capsule in his right shoulder (performed by Dr. Gary Waslewski)...Hit safely in six of seven games, batting .435 (10-for-23) with one double, two triples, two homers and five RBI with the Hops...Entered the season ranked as the D-backs' No. 1 prospect by both Baseball America (42nd overall) and MLB Pipeline (47th).
