Began the season with Portland (Red Sox' Double-A)...Batted .328 (20-for-61) with four doubles, 11 RBI, 15 walks, 14 runs scored and a .930 OPS in 18 April games...Played in his final game with the Sea Dogs on May 18 at Somerset...Was tied for seventh among Boston Minor Leaguers in walks during his time with Portland (was 10th among full-season players in OBP)...Was promoted to Worcester (Red Sox' Triple-A) on May 20 and hit a three-run home run in his Triple-A debut that night vs. Durham...Hit safely in 13 of his first 14 games with the W-Sox from May 20-June 6, going 23-for-60 (.383) with four doubles, one triple, four home runs, 10 RBI, nine runs scored and a 1.086 OPS during that stretch...Posted his first career multi-homer game while driving in a career-high-tying five runs on June 22 vs. Buffalo...
