Drafted out Elon University (N.C.) by the Mariners in the eighth round of the 2019 First-Year Player Draft…was a two-way player, also caught and played outfield...during his two seasons as a pitcher (2018-19) he recorded a 3.59 ERA (17 ER, 42.2 IP) with 48 strikeouts to 26 walks...as a batter across three seasons (2017-19), he averaged .245 with 103 hits, 24 doubles, two triples, 17 homers and 79 RBI... Attended South Granvile (N.C.) High School in 2016.

2025

Spent the bulk of the season with Triple-A Syracuse (31 games) while also making three appearances across two stints with the Mets...with the Mets big league squad, surrendered one earned run on a homer with five strikeouts, allowing two total hits and a .182 BA against...He opened the season in Syracuse with five consecutive scoreless appearances (6.0 IP), facing just two batters above the minimum (hit, walk) while striking out six batters from April 9-24...He finished the season with six consecutive scoreless outings in the month of September (6.0 IP) without allowing a run or a hit and nine strikeouts against two walks while facing just two batters above the minimum (two walks)...On the whole, he threw to a 4.66 ERA (19 ER, 36.2 IP) in International League play, holding opponents to a .197 clip (25-for-127) with 35 strikeouts...Owned reverse splits for SYR, limiting LHH to a .175 AVG while RHH batted .210...Opponents hit. 370 with RISP compared to a .167 clip with the bases empty.

2024

Made three appearances with the Mets between June 29-July 5...Allowed seven runs in 4.1 innings... Appeared for Tacoma (AAA), Toledo (AAA), Syracuse (AAA) and Brooklyn (A+), but spent most of his season with Syracuse...Finished the season with a 5-1 record and 5.02 ERA (16 ER/28.2 IP).

2023

Made 12 appearances in relief for Seattle with a 3.45 ERA (6 ER, 15.2 IP), 0 walks and 11 strikeouts...Did not allow a walk in any of his 12 appearances...marks the franchise record for longest streak to start career without issuing a walk...Adcock was one of only two Mariners relievers with a 12+ game streak of appearances without allowing a walk in 2023...Did not allow a run through his first nine games, holding opponents to a .103 batting average against during that span...Retired six of the seven batters he faced, with only one reaching on an error, on June 12 vs. Miami...Optioned to Double A-Arkansas on July 19...Placed on 7-day Injured List by Double-A Arkansas on Aug. 8. 

2022

Made professional debut with the ACL Mariners and Class-A Modesto Nuts, going 0-1 with a 7.88 ERA (7 ER, 8.0 IP) with four walks and 11 strikeouts in eight games (two starts)... also appeared in the Arizona Fall League.

2021

Spent the season on the injured list after having Ulnar Collateral Ligament (Tommy John) surgery on right elbow on April 13.

2020

Did not pitch due to cancellation of Minor League season (COVID-19).

2019

Spent the season on the 60-day injured list with a right shoulder impingement syndrome.
