A Citi Field Tours Voucher makes a great gift as it can be used to purchase a Game Day Experience prior to the start of the 2026 season. Game Day Experiences are offered for every Mets home game. Fans are given a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most exclusive areas in the ballpark. Tour guests are given early entry to the ballpark as well as priority access on promotional giveaway days. Vouchers can be purchased in advance for the following experiences:

Game Day Experiences Include:

Ballpark Tour + On-field Batting Practice Pass: Pre-game ballpark tour and the ability to watch batting practice for both teams on the Warning Track behind Homeplate. Valid for 7:10pm games only.

Ballpark Tour + Batting Practice Viewing in Section 109: Pre-game ballpark tour and the ability to watch a portion of batting practice post tour from Seating Section 109. Valid for 7:10pm games only.

On-field Batting Practice Pass Only: Ability to watch batting practice for both teams on the Warning Track behind Homeplate. Pre-game ballpark tour not included. Valid for 7:10pm games only.

Ballpark Tour + Pre-game Warning Track Access: Pre-game ballpark tour and the ability to stand on the Warning Track behind Homeplate for 15 minutes post tour to take photos and watch any game day preparations. Valid for all game times except 7:10pm.

Pre-Game Warning Track Access Only: Ability to stand on the Warning Track behind Homeplate for 15 minutes to take photos and watch any game day preparations. Pre-game ballpark tour not included. Valid for all game times except 7:10pm.

Please note:

  • Game Day Experiences DO NOT include game tickets or parking; game tickets and parking must be purchased separately.
  • Vouchers can be purchased in advance and but cannot be redeemed until closer to the start of the 2026 season
  • Redemption opportunities vary each game depending on available inventory
