Status: Was expected to miss his second straight Minor League rehab game May 14 with a sore neck, manager Joe Espada said. Took a nasty tumble in collision with a runner May 12 at Double-A Corpus Christi. Went 1-for-2 with a double and a hit-by-pitch. (updated May 14)

Injury: Left elbow inflammation

Status: Was still experiencing soreness and was not throwing, manager Joe Espada said May 14. He first experienced soreness during his throwing program on May 8 and was sent home to Houston to see doctors. (updated May 14)
