Mobile Ticket Delivery

The MLB Ballpark app is your mobile companion when visiting your favorite Major League Baseball ballparks. The official MLB Ballpark application perfectly complements and personalizes your trip with digital ticketing functionality, mobile check-in, special offers, rewards and exclusive content.

Verify Your Account

Step 1

Open the MLB Ballpark app on your phone, and log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account with the same email address used to buy your tickets or accept your ticket forward.

Step 2

Tap the Profile icon on the left hand corner of the Home tab, and select “My MLB Account Emails.”

Step 3

“Send” or “Resend” a verification email to the email address associated with your MLB account OR enter the email address of a ticketing account which you would like to verify in order to access tickets.

Step 4

Click the VERIFY EMAIL link in the email to allow access to your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.

Access and View Tickets

Step 1

Open the Tickets tab and select the game for which you'd like to view ticket(s).

Step 2

You will then be required to log in to your Ticketmaster account using the same email address in order to view your tickets. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, please create one using the same email address used to buy your tickets or accept your ticket forward.

Step 3

Once successfully logged in, the Section/Row/Seat will be displayed. You will be able to “View Barcode” and access the terms and conditions governing your ticket via “Ticket Details.” We highly recommend saving your individual ticket to your Apple Wallet (requires iOS 16.4 or higher) or GPay prior to arriving at Yankee Stadium.

Helpful Tip: Make sure to increase your screen’s brightness when scanning this barcode on gameday.

Forward Tickets

To forward a ticket, go to the Tickets tab and tap on the game for which you have ticket(s) to open the ticket list. Please be advised that not all tickets are eligible for forwarding; if not eligible, the option to forward the ticket will not be available.

Please follow the instructions under Access and View Tickets to first sign in to your Ticketmaster account.

Step 1

When viewing your tickets for a game, tap on the “Transfer” button. This will enable you to select the ticket(s) you wish to forward.

Step 2

Tap to select each ticket you wish to forward. A check mark will appear below the selected ticket.

Step 3

Tap the “Transfer To” button and choose your delivery method.

[Select from Contacts] - Your device’s contacts will appear, giving you the ability to select a contact and then the contact’s email address or phone number (if stored in your device).
[Manually Enter a Recipient] - Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email or Mobile Number and Note to transfer your ticket(s).

Accept a Ticket Forward

If you received a ticket invitation, you can claim the ticket and load it into the MLB Ballpark app.

Step 1

You will be notified directly by email or receive a link where you can claim tickets from the sender.

Step 2

You will arrive at a webpage prompting you to log into your My Yankees Account to accept the ticket(s). You can use the same email and password for both your My Yankees Account and your Ticketmaster account.

Step 3

Both you and the sender will be notified by email when the transaction is complete. The tickets you’ve accepted should now be found in the Wallet on the Tickets tab or on the Home tab on the day of the game.

Please make sure you download and transfer to each member of your party their individual ticket via mobile smartphone, prior to arriving at Yankee Stadium.

Mobile tickets should be downloaded and accessible before proceeding through the security screenings at Yankee Stadium. Please note, saving tickets to your Apple Wallet requires phones running iOS 16.4 or higher.
Transfer mobile tickets to each member of your party prior to arriving at Yankee Stadium.
Mobile tickets cannot be transferred after they have been scanned and Guests are inside Yankee Stadium.
Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry to Yankees games at Yankee Stadium.

Alternative Methods for Mobile Ticket Access

For tickets purchased on ticketmaster.com

Access and View Tickets

Step 1

Your confirmation email will contain a link to view your tickets from your mobile browser, which can be scanned for entry into Yankee Stadium. Using your mobile device, click on the "View Mobile Ticket" link in your confirmation email.

Tap on the game you are attending under My Events.

Forward Tickets

Step 1

When viewing tickets for a game, tap on the “Transfer Tickets” button. This will enable you to select the ticket(s) you wish to forward.

Step 2

Click the checkbox on the ticket(s) you wish to transfer to other members of your party attending the game.

Step 3

Enter your recipient details and tap “Send.”

For season tickets, group tickets, or individual game tickets purchased on SeatGeek

The below actions must take place on your mobile device.

Log into your My Yankees Account from your mobile device using your existing email address and password.
Once logged in, you can either "View" your tickets or "Transfer" your tickets.
- Select "View" on your mobile device for scanning and entry into the Stadium.
- Select "Transfer" on your mobile device to send to other members of your party attending the game.
