About FanScan

By using your device’s camera to scan FanScan QR codes, you’ll be able to unlock badges and qualify for a chance to win bigger and better prizes as you go!

After registering for the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One (ASXP), you can participate in the FanScan hunt throughout Capital One All-Star Village!

As you explore, you may discover a FanScan QR code at a participating partner's space. When you spot a FanScan QR code, use your device's camera to scan the FanScan QR code you've found. Each time you scan a code successfully, you'll unlock a badge from that partner. You'll be able to view all your unlocked badges by tapping the “Badges” tile in the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One. Each badge you scan automatically qualifies you for a chance to earn prizes, with more badges granting access to higher tiers of prizes!

If you are randomly selected to win a prize, you will receive a text message or email regarding which tier prize you've won and prompting you to visit the Prize Redemption Booth to pick it up. At the booth, your ASXP QR code will be scanned, and you'll be given your prize! If you're having trouble finding where to redeem your prize, ask an Experience Team member or visit one of our information booths.
