Important update from the Cubs

With the release of the 2020 60-Game Chicago Cubs Schedule, specific ticketing information has been provided directly to ticket holders for Cubs home games that were a part of the original 2020 schedule.

Spring Training single game ticket and group ticket buyers who purchased tickets directly from the Chicago Cubs will receive a refund for all tickets purchased for any of the six Spring Training home games not played.

Credit card purchases: All tickets purchased with a credit card will be automatically refunded back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Fans should expect to receive their refund for credit card purchases within three weeks. No action is required by the fan.

Check or cash purchases: For check or cash transactions, fans must request a refund check by submitting a refund check form. To download the refund check form for ticket orders, click here. Please note refund check forms must be submitted via mail. Refunds cannot be processed at the Sloan Park Ticket Office. Fans should expect to receive their refund check six to eight weeks after we’ve received their refund check form.
