David Ortiz drops some of the most inspirational profanity of all time at Fenway

After the close of an emotional week, Bostonians flocked to Fenway Park on Saturday to celebrate the strength and love that unites their resilient city. Before the Red Sox beat the Royals, a pregame ceremony was held to honor Gov. Deval Patrick, Mayor Tom Menino, the city's first responders and the other heroes and victims of the bombings at the Boston Marathon.

The Sox wore special jerseys that read "Boston," and beloved DH David Ortiz -- back for his first game off the DL -- took the mic to speak on behalf of his teammates. In the heat of the moment, Big Papi let some profanity slide: "This is our f------ city."

R-rated language or not, that's a sentiment we can get behind. #BostonStrong.
