Check out this awesome vegetable garden in the Petco Park bullpen

Last season, Petco Park director of landscape maintenance Luke Yoder teamed up with executive chef Will Todd to incorporate some homegrown veggies into the menu at Padres home games. Yoder has since expanded that idea, creating one of the coolest features in any ballpark -- gardens extending through both the home and visiting bullpens.

The harvest is so rich this season, Yoder even gifted some of produce to the Padres broadcast team.

This is seriously so cool, and an idea that other teams should definitely steal (a Tropicana Field orange grove? Come on!). For now, San Diego can enjoy being a ballpark mecca for farm-to-table foodies.
