David Price, and his dog Astro, receive keys to the city of Tampa

Tuesday was "David Price Day" in Tampa, as declared by Mayor Bob Buckhorn, and the city wasn't going to let Price's best friend get left out of the proceedings.

The Cy Young winner and his bulldog, Astro, are inseparable, even in superhero action figure form. So not only was Price presented with a key to the city, but Astro received a miniature one of his own as well (in addition to getting a chance to sit in the mayor's chair).

As you can see, Astro even received an opportunity to address the crowd. After a few grunts and wheezes, Price translated that his pal was saying thank you -- sentiments that were clearly shared between the big lefty.
