Do you remember that very first night in November?
On this date in 2001, the Yanks faced off against the D-backs in Game 5 of the World Series. It was the first Major League game ever started in the month of November.
Byung-Hyun Kim had allowed a game-tying home run to Tino Martinez the night before, provoking that familair roar from the old Stadium faithful.
The series was now tied at two games each, Scott Brosius was at the dish down two runs and Kim was back on the mound.
It couldn't happen again, could it?
