During a trip to Philadelphia for a hip procedure this weekend, Troy Tulowizki Tulowitzki stopped in New York to see his family. On Sunday, the four-time All-Star popped into Yankee Stadium for a Blue Jays-Yankees game. And he did so in a "Banana Stand" shirt.
Why would he wear a "Banana Stand" shirt?
Oh, OK.
Rumors that Tulo was in the Bronx for any other reason were quickly put to rest after the game.
"I'm with my family," Tulo told The Denver Post. "I wanted to see [Derek] Jeter play one more time."
