Marshawn Lynch thinks he'd be a great slugger, according to Seahawks punter Jon Ryan
Seattle Seahawks punter Jon Ryan threw out the first pitch before Wednesday's Orioles-Mariners game, and afterward gave us some insight into the Seahawks' MLB prospects.
We all know quarterback Russell Wilson has a baseball background (and has taken in a Mariners game or two), but Ryan points out that running back Marshawn Lynch thinks he could mash some taters.
According to Ryan, Lynch can regularly be found watching baseball games and saying things like, "I'm gonna hit every ball out of the park."
This is the most Marshawn Lynch thing ever. Of course the guy who did this and this is completely confident in his baseball-hitting ability. He single handedly gut-punched both New Orleans and Washington D.C. To him, hitting a home run probably isn't all that different -- just gotta go "Beast Mode" and picture some Skittles.
I may not know the Seahawks personally, but if they had asked me, I'd have gone with Richard Sherman. Dude can pitch.
