Kerry makes his offseason home in Wildwood, MO, with his wife Maggie and daughters Brittney and Cameron...graduated from Hazelwood (MO) High School, where he set school records for batting average (.517) and goals scored (29) in hockey...graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a degree in sports management in 1996...recorded a 35-game hitting streak, an Ohio Valley Conference record...his father Rogers played in the Cardinals organization in the late 1960's.

2006

Played mainly for Kansas City's Triple-A Omaha affiliate, batting .311 with a teamleading 68 runs scored and 17 stolen bases...ranked 2nd on the club with 24 doubles and was 2nd in the Pacific Coast League in fewest strikeouts per plate appearance (1/12.14)...also played 18 games over 2 stints with Kansas City, batting .266 (17-for-64) with 8 runs...had his contract purchased for the first time on April 29 after leading Omaha with a .367 (29-for-79) batting average through the season's first month...hit .274 (17-for-62) with 5 RBI and 8 runs scored in 16 big-league games before being designated for assignment on May 19 and outrighted to Omaha on May 23...rejoined Kansas City on June 16, but appeared in just 2 games before again being designated for assignment on June 21 and outrighted to Omaha on June 23...closed the season in Triple-A.

2005

Began the season in the New York Mets organization but signed a minor league contract after spring training with the Padres on April 7...finished the season in the Atlanta Braves system after being released by San Diego on June 20...split the season between Triple-A Portland (Padres) and Triple-A Richmond (Braves)...batted a combined .306 (140-for-457) with 69 runs scored and 39 stolen bases in 119 games between the 2 clubs...hit .328 (67-for-204) in 58 games for Richmond and .289 (73-for-253) in 61 games for Portland.

2004

Went to spring training with St. Louis before being acquired by the Padres on March 29...was a member of the Padres' Opening Day roster and went on to lead the club with 11 stolen bases...was outrighted to Triple-A Portland on July 4 and hit safely in his first 12 games from July 7-23, batting .333...was successful in 25 of his 27 stolen base attempts with Portland, including stealing a season-high 3 bases on 3 separate occasions...had 16 steals in the month of August.

2003

Opened the year with St. Louis but also had 3 stints with Triple-A Memphis of the Pacific Coast League...was recalled to St. Louis on June 29 and spent the remainder of the season with the Cardinals...played 40 games in rightfield, 36 in left and 20 in center...made 29 starts...led the club with 46 pinch-hit at-bats.

2002

Played in a career-high 124 games for the Cardinals, ranking 6th in the National League with 13 pinch-hits...made 26 starts: 19 in left, 4 in right and 3 in center...appeared in 5 post-season games, going 1-for-4...had a pinch-hit RBI single in the 8th inning of the Division Series Game 3 clincher vs. Arizona.

2001

Joined the Cardinals on April 18 after beginning the season with Triple-A Memphis...made 31 starts for St. Louis: 15 in left, 9 in center and 7 in right...led the team with 11 pinch-hits...his first major league hit was a pinch-hit single in the 7th inning on April 24 vs. Montreal...made his first major league start on May 24 at Milwaukee...clubbed his first big league home run on June 17, a 2-run shot off the White Sox' Kelly Wunsch...saw action in 4 of the 5 Division Series games vs. Arizona.

2000

Was released by the Reds in spring training (3/30) and signed with the Yankees organization on 4/9...batted .318 with 37 stolen bases and 71 runs scored in 119 games played at Columbus (AAA)...ranked fourth in the International League in batting average, third in steals and third in triples (9)...averaged one strikeout per 12.3 plate appearances, the second-best mark in the circuit. Over the course of his minor-league career, has fanned just 300 times in 2,968 plate appearances (1 K per 9.9 PA)...St. Louis native owns a .313 career batting average in 682 minor league games. Owns 231 stolen bases and has averaged 43 steals over the last five seasons.

1999

Opened the season at Triple-A Tacoma and batted .322 before being traded to the Cincinnati Reds organization on 7/22...led the Pacific Coast League in triples (9) and ranked third in stolen bases (30), despite playing just 79 games...played 34 games at Indianapolis (AAA) before a promotion to the parent club...appeared in nine games for the Reds, including two in the outfield and seven as a pinch runner...made just one at-bat (a strikeout), but scored four runs.

1998

Played at three levels with the expansion Tampa Bay Devil Rays, including his first taste of big-league experience...began the season at Double-A Orlando, where he swiped 28 bases in 72 games and struck out only 28 times in 309 at-bats...was transferred to Triple-A Durham on 7/2...improved his average by more than 30 points and swiped 18 bags in 58 games...his combined total of 46 steals was just four off his career high...was recalled to Tampa Bay on 9/19...appeared in just two big league games (three at-bats) and did not have a hit...made his major league debut on 9/22 at Boston, going 0-for-1...only other M.L. appearance was on 9/27 at NY, where he went 0-for-2.

1997

Spent most of the year at Arkansas (AA)...was named to the Texas League All-Star team and third in the league in stolen bases (40) and fourth in hits (168)...his 40 steals ranked eighth among all Double-A base thieves...played with Mesa in the Arizona Fall League.

1996

Paced the Midwest League in batting average (.359) and tied for the league-lead in steals (50) at Peoria (A)...was second in the circuit in hits (158), triples (14) and runs (98) and was third in on-base percentage (.422)...was selected to the leaguebs All-Star team.

1995

Originally selected by St. Louis in the 34th round of the 1995 draft, Robinson began his career with Johnson City (A) and ranked among Appalachian League leaders in triples (2nd-8), hits (T2nd-74) and at-bats (3rd-250).
