Started the season on the Twins Opening Day roster for the first time in his career...made his Major League debut in relief, April 8 at Los Angeles (AL), pitching a perfect ninth inning, including his first Major League strikeout (Robb Quinlan)...Optioned to Triple-A Rochester April 14, when the Twins selected Ron Mahay's contract...did not make an appearance for the Red Wings and was recalled to Minnesota, April 18, when Jose Mijares was placed in the disabled list...Struck out four of ten batters faced in his third appearance, April 18 vs. Kansas City (2.2 scoreless innings pitched)...Suffered his first career loss, allowing one run (1.1 ip), May 1 at Cleveland...Did not allow an earned run in 10 straight appearances (13.2 ip), allowing eight hits, with one walk and eight strikeouts, May 11-June 6...Earned his first career victory, June 5 at Oakland...pitched 0.1 inning, getting Daric Barton to flyout to end the eighth inning...Posted a 3.12 ERA (8.2 ip, 3 er) in six April games and a 2.40 ERA (15.0 ip, 4 er) in 10 May games...Optioned to Triple-A Rochester, July 19...made 14 relief appearances for the Red Wings on the season, going 0-2, 5.49 (19.2 ip, 12 er)...Recalled and earned his second career win (1.1 ip), September 3, vs. Texas.

Myers...saved four games for the Miracle with his first coming, April 15 vs. Jupiter...recorded first win in relief, May 3 vs. Charlotte...did not allow a run in his final 10 appearances, giving up three hits and two walks during that span...led club in batting-average-against (.175)...posted an ERA of 1.99 (22.2 ip, 5 er) with 26 strikeouts before being transferred to Double-A New Britain, June 3...first save for the Rock Cats, July 1 at Portland...first win, July 10 vs. Binghamton, tossing 1.1 scoreless inning...converted eight straight save opportunities, July 17 to the end of the season...combined to hold righthanders to a batting average of .150 (17-for-113) while lefthanders hit .206 (33-for-160) at both levels...played in the Arizona Fall League with the Mesa Solar Sox, saving three games, while posting a 3.38 ERA (10.2 ip, 4 er) in 10 games.

Spent entire season at Single-A Ft. Myers...pitched in 28 games (25 starts) for the Miracle...won his first game, April 23 at Tampa, starting a three-game win-streak which spanned to May 14...won three times in four starts, May 30-June 19...named Twins Minor League Player of the Week, June 20-27...season-high of 10 strikeouts, August 21 at Lakeland...led the club in innings pitched with 143.2.
2007
Spent entire season at Single-A Beloit...pitched a 6.0-inning complete game, May 28 at Quad Cities...went 2-2, 2.70 (36.2 ip, 11 er) in six starts in May...went 2-1, 1.50 (30.0 ip, 5 er) in five starts in July...won three straight starts, August 16-26...selected to the Midwest League All-Star Team...finished tied for third in Midwest League in innings pitched and was fifth in ERA...tied for first on the club in wins and was second in strikeouts...held lefthanded batters to a .191 (46-for-241) batting average.
2006
Spent entire season at Rookie-level Elizabethton...did not allow a run in his first two starts (13.0 ip), allowing four hits while striking out six...tossed a 7.0-inning complete game shutout, June 29 at Bluefield...had season-high nine strikeouts, August 5 at Greeneville...made 13 appearances for Elizabethton, all starts...was the Twins short season leader in strikeouts with 71.
2005
Made his first professional appearance, June 27 vs. GCL Red Sox...made first professional start, July 15 at GCL Reds, tossing 3.0 innings, allowing two runs on four hits...recorded first professional win, July 21 at GCL Pirates, allowing four runs (three earned) on eight hits in 5.2 innings...went 4-1 in his final seven starts.
