Pitched in four games before being placed on the 10-day injured list on Aug. 21 with a sprained right elbow and missed the remainder of the season...Was transferred to the 60-day injured list on Aug. 24…reinstated Oct. 29...Allowed no runs over 3.1 innings of work across his four outings.

2019

Made his Major League debut with New York-AL on April 10 at Houston prior to being acquired by the Rockies on July 31 in exchange for Minor League left-handed pitcher Alfredo Garcia... Pitched a season-high two scoreless innings with three strikeouts in his debut... Made nine appearances with the Yankees across three stints, posting a 4.50 ERA (10.0 IP, 5 ER)... Had two stints on the Rockies' active roster… recalled the first time Aug. 26 but did not pitch … recalled for the second and final time on Sept. 6... Made nine appearances for the Rockies in September, six of them scoreless, posting a 5.63 ERA (8.0 IP, 5 ER)…scoreless in each of his first three outing with the Rockies… Appeared in 31 Minor League games between Triple-A Albuquerque and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, going 0-2 with a 4.93 ERA (34.2 IP, 19 ER), 20 walks and 48 strikeouts.

Combined to make 43 relief appearances between Double-A Trenton and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, going 3-2 with 11 saves and a 1.67 ERA (59.1IP, 34H, 12R/11ER, 25BB, 68K, 2HR)…his 11 saves were tied for second-most among Yankees farmhands in 2018…set career highs in appearances, innings pitched, saves and strikeouts...Following the season, pitched for Toros of the Dominican Winter League, holding opponents to just 1H in 3.2 scoreless innings over four relief appearances (two saves, 1BB, 7K)...Was added to the Yankees' 40-man roster on 11/20/18.
